Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Postup Digital e.U. ("we") processes personal data when you visit postup.digital or contact us. We process data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Austrian data-protection law.

3. What we process, why, and on what basis

For website analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not profile or fingerprint visitors. We set no tracking or marketing cookies.
4. Processors & recipients
Hosting / CDN — Cloudflare: serves the site and processes IP addresses in transit. Data may be processed outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and a data-processing agreement. Cloudflare also provides our cookieless Web Analytics, which measures aggregated traffic without cookies or personal data. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Contact form — Tally: our contact form is provided by Tally (Tally BVBA, Belgium). When you submit it, the details you enter are processed and stored by Tally on our behalf under a data-processing agreement, and forwarded to us so we can reply. See Tally's privacy policy. You can always reach us by email instead at info@postup.biz.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Contact info@postup.biz; we will respond within one month (Art. 12 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), dsb.gv.at.

We may update this notice; the current version always appears on this page.
